Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your product is damaged or broken upon arrival, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or broken upon arrival.  Proof of damage is required.

Please provide:

1) Clear photographs of the damaged proproduct

2) Photographs of the packaging, including the shipping label.

*Returns for reasons other than damage or breakage upon arrival are not accepted.

*Products must be unused and in their original condition, apart from the reported damage.

*Refunds or replacements will only be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
